The process of olive oil production is simple and natural. In our state-of-the-art and technologically advanced oil mill, we can grind olives within 45΄ from the moment of their pickup with a production capacity up to 80tn per day.We do not add anything. Nature provides us with what is necessary.
As the olives are grinded on the same day they are harvested, the oil remains low in acidity and retains all its nutrients and its characteristic taste. Olive oil is just the juice of the fruit, and like all fruit juices it is very healthy thanks to its rich nutrients and beneficial ingredients.
